Do Not Drink … Gamble!
Thursday, 17. February 2022
If you like to have a drink occasionally, keep your cash at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your pocketbook, your wallet, and keep all money, charge cards and checks out of the casino. Take whatever cash you intend to spend on beverages, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to squander and leave the rest behind.
Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You could experience a win following a boozy evening out with your friends and be lucky sufficiently to catch a 25 minute toss at a on fire craps game. Keep that account considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and gamble. The two simply do not mix.
Keeping your money at home is a bit dramatic, but preventative actions for excessive actions is necessary. If you wager to succeed, then do not consume alcohol and bet. If you like to blow your cash without a worry, then consume all the complimentary booze you can handle, but don’t carry charge cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your inebriated brain throws away everything!
Allow me to carry this 1 step further. Don’t drink and then hop on the internet to play in your preferred casino either. I love to beverage from the coziness of my house, however because I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit at my fingertips, I can not drink alcohol and wager.
What’s the reason? Although I do not drink a lot, when I drink, it’s definitely enough to cloud my better judgment. I wager, so I do not drink alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both make for a dangerous, and costly, cocktail.
